Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a hands‑on Senior Security Infrastructure Engineer to elevate the security posture of its cloud environment, applications, and developer workflows. You will own risk identification, investigation, and remediation across a fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management and remediation across cloud services.
• Design, implement, and tune detection engineering solutions.
• Secure the software supply chain and enforce risk controls.
• Participate in incident response, from log analysis to root‑cause resolution.
• Develop security automation and integrate AI‑assisted tooling where appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into development and operations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in security engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a high‑velocity environment.
• Strong judgment and a pragmatic approach to security challenges.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a “do‑er” mindset.
