Senior Software Engineer – .Net Core & Microservices

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a passionate team focused on modernizing its technology stack. You will work on high‑impact projects, building scalable APIs and microservices that power global money‑transfer services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support .Net Core and .Net Framework REST APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, scalable code following standard design patterns and best practices.
• Design and integrate third‑party services to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple development teams to meet project deadlines.
• Analyze and propose improvements to application architecture and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a .Net developer or in a comparable object‑oriented language.
• Proficiency with .Net Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and Git/Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, relational databases, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or within a team.
• Self‑motivated, effective communicator, and willing to produce technical documentation.
