Senior Web & Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead strategic web and digital initiatives for a global SaaS leader. This fully remote position in Chile will work closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design and Engineering to deliver high‑impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the web program roadmap from concept to launch.
• Lead website releases, coordinating planning, development, QA and deployment.
• Drive cross‑functional go‑to‑market initiatives that align with business goals.
• Partner with Design, Development, Content, Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build scalable project‑management frameworks and processes.
• Identify risks, prioritize tasks and keep projects on track.
• Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve how teams plan and deliver work.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized with strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.
