Software Implementation Lead (Mining Technology)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Implementation Lead to drive the deployment of AI‑powered solutions for the global mining industry. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our engineering teams and enterprise clients, ensuring successful integration of our software into complex IT/OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of software implementations, meeting timelines, budgets, and client specifications.
• Serve as the main technical contact for client teams, steering committees, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client business and site requirements into clear technical specifications and RFCs for product and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to demonstrate AI‑driven operational improvements.
• Utilise modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
• Manage project risk logs, scope changes, and contribute to key account growth strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering customer‑facing software implementations or professional services (B2B SaaS, enterprise or industrial technology).
• Proven ability to manage software integration within client IT/OT infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of large‑scale industrial enterprises, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using BI tools such as Grafana.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
