Solution Architect – Healthcare & Digital Transformation

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of technology solutions for medical affairs and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to create scalable, compliant, and innovative architectures that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural review and guidance for low‑code and no‑code medical affairs solutions.
• Design multi‑channel orchestration strategies across CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms.
• Review and recommend best practices for consent management of medical data.
• Evaluate data platforms, reporting tools, and NLP services for optimal performance.
• Advise on integration approaches for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct external SaaS architecture reviews to ensure compliance and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or architect position, managing a team of 5+.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher).
