Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our architecture group and lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise‑level technology solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise, leadership of specialist teams, and close collaboration with clients to turn business needs into robust, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead a team of technology specialists, taking ownership of program outcomes.
• Act as a technical advisor for client leadership and delivery teams.
• Develop and communicate solution architectures for enterprise platforms.
• Apply expertise in Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API development, integration, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and micro‑services.
• Assess technology strategies against industry standards and business goals.
• Guide selection of key technologies and components.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Create and share thought leadership within your specialization.
• Mentor engineers and architects, contributing to architectural standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture.
• At least 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more.
• Hands‑on software development background and experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
