Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise‑grade technology solutions. The role blends deep technical expertise with client engagement and thought leadership, helping customers translate business challenges into actionable technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business challenges and opportunities into technology initiatives.
• Lead a team of technology subject‑matter experts and own end‑to‑end technology programs.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership and delivery teams.
• Design and present solution architectures for enterprise systems.
• Provide expertise in Generative AI, cloud infrastructure, API design, integration patterns, data management, CI/CD pipelines, and micro‑services.
• Evaluate technology landscapes to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Guide selection of major solution components and develop technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to ensure responsibility for the final product.
• Produce thought‑leadership content and mentor engineers and architects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture.
• At least 2 years leading distributed teams of five or more.
• Hands‑on software development background and participation in full project cycles.
• Experience adopting Generative AI technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+).
• Experience in at least one business domain (e.g., Life Sciences, Retail, Fintech, etc.).
