Solution Architect – Patient Service Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape technology strategies and deliver scalable, compliant solutions for patient service platforms and integrations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Salesforce clouds, data engineering tools, and AI services to drive innovation and align technology with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end solutions and create detailed architectural blueprints for patient service platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance for low‑code/no‑code solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Voice, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Data360, and Marketing Cloud.
• Define multi‑channel orchestration strategies and ensure seamless integration with web, CRM, and webinar tools.
• Review and recommend best practices for consent management and compliance.
• Evaluate data pipeline and governance designs, advising on Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Collibra.
• Architect AI/ML solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI, Gen AI frameworks, and AWS services.
• Oversee reporting and dashboarding solutions, including Power BI.
• Review integration strategies to guarantee scalability and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• At least 3 years in leadership, management, or coordination positions.
• Experience leading teams of 20 + members.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Voice, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Data360, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Collibra, Unix, and Python.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1+).
