Specialist META & Digital Media

About the role

PUMA is seeking a Specialist META & Digital Media to design, launch and optimise paid social and programmatic campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and display networks. The role will collaborate with internal marketing teams and external creative agencies to drive performance‑focused results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and TikTok.
• Monitor and analyse display and programmatic campaigns using key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate.
• Produce regular performance reports with Google Analytics and Looker Studio, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to develop digital assets.
• Identify and analyse target audiences across platforms to improve targeting efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in digital media buying or performance marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of managing performance‑driven campaigns (conversion, revenue, ROAS).
