Specialized Trainer

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Specialized Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs that support the professional development of its staff in Mexico. The role focuses on aligning training activities with Airbus' strategic objectives and local regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close the full training lifecycle (preparation, initiation, development, closure).
• Promote safety during training sessions and help prevent accidents in training areas.
• Track and report key performance indicators (SQCDP) to continuously improve training quality.
• Implement staff certification and training plans.
• Maintain training rooms following 5S principles and ensure adequate inventory of materials and tools.
• Develop and update internal and external training and certification programs.
• Keep accurate records of all training activities, both internal and external.
• Administer training satisfaction surveys and monitor certification needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in aeronautical processes.
• Strong organizational abilities and knowledge of cognitive processes.
• Ability to clearly express and conceptualize ideas.
• Results‑oriented mindset with operational coaching skills.
