Staffing Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Staffing Consultant who will act as the bridge between our client services, sales teams and the talent acquisition pool. The role focuses on analysing, selecting and presenting vetted IT candidates to meet business opportunities worldwide, all from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and fill open IT positions while respecting deadlines and revenue targets.
• Review, filter and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate communication with clients, client services and sales to guarantee smooth hiring processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced, articulate English communication skills.
