Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. You will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities, ensuring fast time‑to‑market and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare, and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Review, filter, and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
• Meet deadlines for filling openings while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
