Staffing Recruiter – Onsite in Santiago de los Caballeros

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Staffing Recruiter to join our onsite team in Santiago de los Caballeros. In this full‑time permanent position you will lead candidate sourcing initiatives, build talent pipelines and drive engagement across multiple recruitment channels.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through various databases, professional networks and digital channels to build robust pipelines.
• Conduct outbound telephone outreach and pre‑screen candidates in advanced English to assess fit.
• Coordinate multiple candidate interactions, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Human Resources or recruiting.
• Comfortable making high‑volume candidate calls and using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Current residence in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

What we offer

• Salary RD$44,000 per month plus RD$4,000 transport/lunch subsidy.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM EST (40 hours).
