Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager (Enterprise SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a highly personable, commercially‑minded professional to lead the growth of our global partner ecosystem for an innovative Enterprise SaaS platform. The role focuses on building executive relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our solutions to technology partners, system integrators and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners, technology providers, system integrators and consulting firms.
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with the company’s long‑term growth strategy.
• Represent the company at executive meetings, conferences, industry events and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to create joint go‑to‑market plans and drive revenue.
• Support customers in accelerating digital transformation through our SaaS solutions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require.
