Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Top‑Tier Consulting Experience)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will work remotely on a project‑based basis, designing realistic consulting scenarios that help train and evaluate AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that mirror the workflow of top‑tier consulting firms.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with AI and data‑generation teams to ensure the consulting content aligns with AI training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with uncertainty and defending recommendations in fast‑moving environments.
