Strategy & Planning Coordinator

About the role

Uber is looking for a Strategy & Planning Coordinator to join the Quality team and help improve delivery experiences across Latin America. You will work on process optimisation, product enhancements, and partner engagement to boost marketplace reliability and delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements and product enhancements for restaurant, grocery, and retail deliveries.
• Support delivery‑partner loyalty programs and benefits initiatives.
• Lead product rollouts and measure operational impact.
• Scope, design, and launch multiple projects aimed at platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Support, Policy, and Legal teams to design and test initiatives.
• Apply data‑driven analysis to uncover root causes, build business cases, define metrics, and create dashboards for leadership.

Required profile

• Strong data‑driven problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Curious, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Required skills

• SQL
• Python (or similar analytical tools)
