Supervisión de Administración y Payroll

About the role

The Payroll Administration Supervisor will ensure accurate execution of internal payroll processes and those managed by temporary service providers. This senior position serves as the country reference for payroll compliance, supporting all business units within the Mercado Envíos division.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal payroll and oversee temporary service payrolls, applying compensation policies efficiently.
• Act as the primary contact for payroll compliance with Chilean labor codes and regulations.
• Lead service level management for all business units, coordinating with suppliers to meet quality KPIs.
• Manage site operational services, ensuring budget adherence and service quality.
• Provide daily support to internal clients, resolve inquiries, and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably overseeing multi‑site operations.
• Proven experience managing payroll for more than 2,000 employees.
• Strong knowledge of current Chilean labor legislation.
