About the role

The Power Supply Testing and Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all testing and commissioning (T&C) activities related to the power supply subsystem of rail projects. The role ensures timely detection and reporting of non‑conformities, manages interface issues, and guarantees compliance with Alstom’s planning, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise installation, testing and commissioning activities for the power supply subsystem.
• Detect, log and report interface problems and non‑conformities across all project entities.
• Maintain regular meetings (daily, weekly) with OPC Alstom, OPC Sofratesa, Alstom project managers and other stakeholders.
• Generate and keep logs, evidence of pre‑inspections, inspections and receptions of work areas.
• Monitor progress of installation and related scopes, ensuring alignment with work programmes.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and Alstom quality policies.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities within the assigned scope.
• Assist the System Project Manager with construction management and interface handling.
• Participate in project Return‑of‑Experience (REX) sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising testing and commissioning of power supply systems.
• Strong ability to manage interfaces and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with EHS and quality standards in industrial projects.
• Excellent organizational skills for meeting coordination and documentation.
• Capability to support project managers and contribute to post‑project reviews.
