Supervisor – Manufacturing Engineering (Field Service)

About the role

The Supervisor – Manufacturing Engineering will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as a bridge between engineering, clients, and stakeholders, you will ensure all test engineering activities align with development plans and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing information systems for new product and process development.
• Directly supervise the electrical team and approve quality of engineering deliverables.
• Provide accurate electrical engineering quotes for new projects and changes.
• Lead the Test Engineering Team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Coach and mentor team members, resolve technical issues, and serve as SME on emerging technologies.
• Deliver technical application training and support to assigned sales teams.
• Promote safety compliance and guide the adoption of standardized methods and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in electrical, automation, mechanical or electronic design, application, or technical sales.
• Proven leadership managing project teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver results.
