Support Engineer Level 2

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Support Engineer to manage IT systems for US‑based customers. This Level 2 position works closely with a Level 1 team, handles complex technical issues, coordinates with vendors, and contributes to various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, implement, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and other server‑based technologies.
• Maintain servers, operating systems, and email platforms (Office 365/Exchange) while supporting Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
• Configure and manage network components such as RDP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN.
• Collaborate on cloud services, corporate email, anti‑spam, platform migrations, virtualization, and related business solutions.
• Deploy and support Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
• Act as an escalation point for higher‑level hardware and software issues and provide on‑call support.
• Test and support client backup solutions, enforce security measures, and document procedures and configurations.

Required profile

• Four or more years of experience in an IT support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
