System Administrator – Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage and optimize our on‑premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across Linux and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain a diverse server landscape in on‑premises and hybrid cloud settings.
• Develop and implement automated scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Deploy and manage monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, ELK) to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Configure and secure networking infrastructure for reliable connectivity and data protection.
• Execute system hardening procedures to keep production environments compliant and secure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support scalable infrastructure growth and hybrid integration.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in System Administration or DevOps Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration within on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Strong proficiency in English (advanced level).
