Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

This position is for a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Chile, reporting to a global partner organization. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on recruiting, allowing you to shape a high‑performing talent acquisition function while directly contributing to critical hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a recruiter pod, ensuring focus, productivity and delivery against hiring targets.
• Balance people‑management duties with direct execution of complex and senior searches.
• Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear priorities and actionable goals for the team.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to discuss performance, pipeline health and career development.
• Review and improve sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, interview processes and stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous improvement of hiring processes to ensure scalability, consistency and an excellent candidate experience.
• Identify and escalate performance or team challenges, partnering with leadership on solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven ability to manage personal recruiting workload while developing other recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to candidate outreach.
