Talent Acquisition Partner – Active Sourcing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on active sourcing to join Uproot Clean’s remote team. In this hands‑on role you will proactively identify, engage and move high‑quality candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels for a fast‑growing consumer‑products company.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, platforms and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain pipelines for various functions and seniority levels.
• Write and send outbound messaging to drive candidate engagement and qualify prospects.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
• Maintain organized sourcing workflows, track candidates and continuously improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑time active sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to source across multiple job boards and platforms.
• Strong outbound recruiting and candidate outreach skills.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Capacity to manage several open searches simultaneously.
