Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team at BairesDev. In this role you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technology positions, partnering with internal stakeholders to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical openings, from posting to offer.
• Screen, filter and evaluate candidates against defined parameters.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase strengths.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers and other internal teams.
• Ensure hiring deadlines are met and recruitment metrics are tracked.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
