Technical Implementation Lead

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead to own end‑to‑end onboarding of enterprise customers onto its SaaS platform. This fully remote, hands‑on position requires deep experience with real infrastructure, including monitoring, automation, and network security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through full platform adoption, ensuring speed and quality.
• Configure and deploy monitoring, alerting, and automation policies within customer environments.
• Set up and fine‑tune systems across monitoring and RMM tools.
• Troubleshoot network, security, and infrastructure issues alongside customers.
• Script and automate implementation workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Act as the technical translator between customers and the product team, feeding feedback into product improvements.
• Develop and continuously improve a repeatable implementation playbook.

Required profile

• Background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or corporate IT administration.
• Hands‑on experience with servers, firewalls, and network environments.
• Ability to move quickly, solve problems directly, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
