Technical Project Manager

About the role

BRYSK Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of automation and no‑code projects for multiple clients. The role blends project management, client advisory, and hands‑on system configuration, ensuring solutions are built efficiently and meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own client projects from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, timeline and quality.
• Serve as primary client contact, lead discovery sessions, translate operational pain points into system designs, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate structured meetings, drive decisions, and proactively identify risks or blockers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers on active tickets, break down requirements into task plans, and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Configure, test and QA workflows using Make, Airtable, Softr or similar no‑code platforms.
• Maintain and improve internal delivery frameworks, documentation and operational playbooks.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in project management, operations or client‑facing delivery.
• Comfortable with structured work tools such as Notion, Jira, Monday.com or ClickUp.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one automation or no‑code platform (e.g., Make, Zapier, Airtable).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
