Technology & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technology & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Siemens Digital Industries in Chile. The role combines product portfolio oversight, market analysis and promotional execution to drive growth of our Technology Portfolio Elements (TPEs) in the industrial automation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with local and regional business objectives.
• Conduct market‑share studies, identify growth opportunities and manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Monitor market access for all TPEs, create and execute go‑to‑market plans, and ensure accurate product data (pricing, margin, stock).
• Collaborate with sales managers to design promotional campaigns, workshops, trade fairs and digital media activities.
• Define discount policies and commercial strategies, and periodically adjust them to market dynamics.
• Oversee local inventory management, optimise product availability and control costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in marketing leadership within an industrial B2B environment.
• Commercial, Industrial or related engineering degree.
• Advanced English proficiency for international communication.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Salesforce.
• Strong ability to calculate and analyse marketing ROI.
• Knowledge of discrete technologies and the industrial automation ecosystem.
• Experience with customer platforming and channel sales‑force animation policies.
