Trainee Recruiter – Remote Entry-Level Position

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Young Professional to join BairesDev as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote, entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle, supporting senior recruiters and building a foundation in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Review applications and conduct initial resume screenings under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
