Vendor Management Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Vendor Management Program Manager to lead Sezzle’s third‑party risk management framework. In this role you will own the full vendor lifecycle, ensuring that every partnership meets our high standards for security, compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain third‑party risk standards and governance in partnership with IT, Legal and Compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive vendor due‑diligence, ongoing monitoring and risk assessments, including privacy, data protection and AML considerations.
• Manage documentation and reporting, maintain the vendor and data‑processor inventory, and oversee onboarding/off‑boarding due‑diligence.
• Collaborate with Legal to secure effective contracts and with Information Security to verify technical safeguards.
• Identify, track and escalate risk events or performance failures to senior leadership and banking partners.

Required profile

• Proactive and meticulous with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience managing vendor or third‑party risk programs in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, Legal, Compliance and Security teams.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
