AI Operations Specialist - AI Agents & Automation

About the role

We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to design, test, and deploy AI‑driven workflows across a fast‑growing operations organization. This hands‑on builder will turn messy business processes into scalable, AI‑enabled solutions using platforms such as Claude, Zapier, OpenAI, n8n, and Make.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents, automations, and reusable "skills" that reduce manual effort.
• Rapidly prototype and launch workflow automations with Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, OpenAI, and related tools.
• Identify repetitive manual workflows and redesign them into scalable automated processes.
• Integrate AI tools with existing business systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agents and automations for quality and reliability.
• Document workflows, prompts, logic, and system instructions clearly.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate pain points into AI solutions and train non‑technical users.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, operations, or technical implementation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Claude and Zapier.
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into working AI‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent process‑mapping, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
