Analista de Cuentas por Pagar – Nivel 1

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Shared Service Center in Santiago. The role supports the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Download and enter supplier invoices into the system using established channels.
• Validate invoice type and verify invoice details against the corresponding purchase order.
• Coordinate cost‑center allocations and distribution with the responsible department.
• Manage and obtain required approvals and authorizations for each invoice type.
• Adhere to defined procedures and meet SLA targets for timeliness and quality.
• Perform daily follow‑up on tickets marked as incomplete until resolved.
• Ensure all processes follow company policies and standards.
• Support internal stakeholders by meeting agreed service levels and deadlines.

Required profile

• Technical or vocational qualification in accounting, finance or administration.
• At least one year of experience in billing, purchasing, procurement, or accounting support roles.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with an ERP system; SAP experience is a plus.
