About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to join our team in Macul, Santiago. The role focuses on generating new opportunities through cold‑calling, handling inbound inquiries and nurturing leads for the sales department.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold‑call campaigns to prospect new customers.
- Respond to client and lead inquiries originating from digital channels.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with a strong orientation to results.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales.
- Team‑player who can collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with office hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Fridays until 5:30 pm).
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (preferred).
