Chemistry Expert – AI Trainer (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

We create high‑quality STEM training data for cutting‑edge AI models. As a Chemistry Expert – AI Trainer you will design deterministic chemistry problems that test modern AI systems’ reasoning, domain knowledge and computational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Design challenging chemistry problems that mirror real scientific workflows.
• Produce deterministic tasks with a single verifiable correct answer and fully documented solutions.
• Develop reasoning‑intensive, computationally grounded problems using Python and specialised chemistry software.
• Ensure all tasks are reproducible, technically precise and clearly documented.
• Write concise, rigorous technical explanations in English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Research or industry experience with computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with scientific libraries.
• Deep understanding of chemical modelling, numerical methods and reasoning.
• Ability to create original, difficult problems beyond textbook examples.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing.

What we offer

• Up to $40 USD per hour.
• 20 hours per week, contract for 2 months with possible extension.
