Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees. The role blends travel logistics with a deep understanding of global regulations, ensuring seamless journeys across multiple time zones and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hires, and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document, update, and own travel processes, proposing enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
