Delivery Manager – Flex Power (Americas)

About the role

ENGIE Laborelec is seeking a Delivery Manager for Flex Power across the Americas. The role coordinates technical services, guides engineering teams and supports the energy transition for thermal power assets in Chile, Peru, Mexico and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme and project management for professional services in thermal power generation across the Americas.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and performance.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, aligning expectations and service standards.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution and proactive contingency planning.
• Oversee site inspections, performance analysis and troubleshooting for thermal (primarily gas‑fired) assets.
• Support operational improvements, technical investigations and collaborate with O&M managers, asset managers and technical teams.
• Provide support for projects outside the Americas when required, including occasional travel to Belgium.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Energy or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in delivery or project management within thermal power generation.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and performance standards in the power sector.
• Ability to work across multiple countries in the Americas and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Thermal power generation expertise, especially gas‑fired plants.
• Project lifecycle management.
• Performance analysis and troubleshooting of power assets.
