Enterprise New Business Account Executive – Uber for Business

About the role
Join Uber’s Business division to drive growth across the enterprise market. You’ll act as the customer advocate, managing inbound leads and proactively sourcing new companies that can benefit from Uber’s suite of products.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and close new enterprise accounts to generate revenue.
- Maintain and forecast your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Execute short‑term sales sprints while keeping a long‑term growth vision.
- Communicate with prospects and clients via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and introduce new Uber features.
- Wear multiple hats – from sales strategy and lead generation to account management.
- Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers and articulate Uber’s value proposition.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with mid‑market or enterprise organizations in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of expanding a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptability and a fast learning pace as the sales organization scales.
- Fluent English.
