Finance Manager

About the role

We are a global leader in renewable energy solutions seeking a Finance Manager to support our expanding operations in Chile. The role will work closely with regional and international teams to drive financial performance and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for financial management of overseas business units, including local subsidiaries and project companies, and liaise with the HQ finance team.
• Establish, implement and continuously optimise financial management and accounting systems for overseas subsidiaries.
• Coordinate group‑level and statutory audits for overseas entities and manage financial and tax advisory engagements.
• Review contracts and business processes, prepare accounting entries, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, oversee revenue and cost recognition for projects, and manage month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and consolidated reports for relevant business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, project budgeting and cost control, and proactively identify risks.
• Drive implementation of finance‑related information systems across overseas entities.
• Be open to international assignments, rotations and potential relocation to headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international tax practices.
• Experience in revenue and cost accounting for construction or project‑based companies, or relevant audit experience.
• Positive, diligent, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and resilient under pressure.
• Strong cross‑functional communication, strategic mindset, integrity and team spirit.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Mandarin.
