Finance Senior Associate Director

About the role

Fitch Group is looking for a Finance Senior Associate Director to join its Chile office. The role sits within a matrix‑managed Finance team that serves Latin America and supports a wide range of financial functions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury activities, including billing, collections, payments and cash‑flow oversight.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate, timely payments.
• Support accounting and tax activities, preparing and reviewing local financial reports.
• Prepare financial statements and contribute to Brazil/LatAm hub reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Provide finance‑related information to other departments, especially Business Relationship Management.
• Participate in finance projects and ad‑hoc initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional finance structures to meet business timelines.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven success working within finance teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional interpersonal style and confidence to liaise across entities and countries.
