Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Santiago, Chile. In this role you will act as a trusted HR partner for business leaders, supporting day‑to‑day HR matters and driving people initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an HR partner for business leaders and provide support on day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Support employee relations, organizational needs, and people initiatives across the business.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement and administer digital learning platforms and HR initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external HR‑related vendors and service providers.
• Support HR operations, policy implementation, onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and local labor requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, or similar HR roles.
• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
