Inbound Sales Representative – Fully Remote (LATAM)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for cremation services. You will guide them with empathy and clarity, turning warm inbound leads into confident decisions without cold‑calling or high‑pressure tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm inbound leads from first contact through close, following Meadow’s consultative playbook.
• Explain cremation options clearly, aiming to help families decide in a single conversation when possible.
• Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text, and email to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
• Achieve revenue targets while preserving high close rates and quality scores.
• Navigate Meadow’s tech stack—including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the internal case‑management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; confident, empathetic communicator.
• Self‑driven, emotionally steady, and highly coachable.
• Ability to work independently and manage a consistent follow‑up cadence.
• Home office setup that meets the company’s technical requirements.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable CRM such as Salesforce or Zoho).
• Aircall.
• Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Slack.
• Case‑management system used by Meadow.
