IT & Network Support Technician

About the role

Fall Creek is looking for an IT & Network Support Technician to join its global IT team. Based in Coihueco, Chile, you will ensure seamless and secure technology operations for both office and remote users, collaborating with international colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Provide local support at Chillán and Santiago sites and remote assistance to users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware and software components.
• Perform system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and implement network security measures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and mobile device connectivity.
• Document configurations, inventory, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and network support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a global team.
