About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team. The role is fully remote and focuses on providing timely technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software resources.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user requests via email, phone, and Jira, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Perform computer troubleshooting across Windows 10, macOS, and Android devices.
- Manage hardware procurement and inventory.
- Administer building security cards.
- Maintain general office equipment and hardware.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk or similar support role.
- Proficiency with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
