Lead Python Web Developer with React

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Python Web Developer with strong React expertise to drive the design, development and delivery of scalable web applications. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor a team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to build high‑performance, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Python‑based back‑ends and React front‑ends.
• Architect secure, scalable systems using cloud‑native technologies.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Collaborate in a Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality features.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
• Drive containerization and orchestration adoption (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability (Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Define testing strategies and maintain code reliability.
• Coordinate integration of messaging systems and APIs (Kafka, REST, GraphQL).
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in English.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ReactJS.
• Expertise with Flask and Django web frameworks.
• Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Background in event‑driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of monitoring tools (Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Ability to write automated tests with Pytest.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS and security best practices.
• Experience working in Scrum teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
