Partner – Critical Minerals Commercial Leader (Andean Region)

About the role

ERM is seeking a senior leader to head its Critical Minerals commercial activities across the Andean market of Latin America. This partner‑level position combines business development, technical consulting, and equity ownership to drive growth in the mining and metals sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy for critical minerals projects in Argentina, Peru and Chile.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary mine development, mineral processing and refining capital projects from concept to execution.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with mining companies, regulators and stakeholders.
• Secure project backlog, deliver revenue and profit targets in collaboration with regional and global service leaders.
• Recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of consulting leaders within the Andean team.

Required profile

• Established relationships with mining and metals companies in the Andean region.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale capital projects in mining.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to navigate regulatory complexity, ESG pressures and stakeholder expectations.
