Product Designer – Figma & AI (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Product Designer who specializes in Figma and AI‑enhanced design workflows. The position is fully remote and focused on serving U.S. clients, primarily within Latin America. You will join the client’s existing design and engineering team and contribute to high‑impact product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define and iterate on user experiences.
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components using Figma.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate design iteration and experimentation.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across complex, large‑scale systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of design deliverables from concept to implementation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to solve difficult design challenges.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems.
• Experience with AI‑native design tools, prompt‑driven workflows, or AI‑assisted prototyping.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and system scalability.
