Program Manager

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a Program Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs for its key clients. The role is hybrid/remote‑friendly and primarily supports clients across Latin America, with occasional visits to client offices in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program schedules, timelines, milestones, and performance reports.
• Track progress toward deliverables and identify resource conflicts, escalating when necessary.
• Provide regular updates to senior leaders and ensure stakeholder communication aligns with program governance.
• Collaborate with PMO and workstream leads to keep programs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Navigate complex issues, applying program‑management principles to devise rapid resolution plans.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional program or project teams.
• Strong ability to define strategies, set priorities, and drive tasks toward strategic goals.
• Creative problem‑solver capable of handling ambiguous, high‑complexity challenges.
• Comfortable working independently and supporting other program leads.
• Based in Latin America, preferably able to work in ET or PT hours.
