Project Manager – Data Center Construction

About the role

CSI is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale Data Center construction projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical and operational excellence, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Data Center construction activities from inception to handover.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, construction, and client representatives.
• Ensure proper technical, operational, and budget execution of all works.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large, complex construction projects.
• At least 8 years of specific experience in Data Center construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting technical and quality standards.
• Professional communication skills in English and Spanish.
