Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

AgroFresh is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead promotional marketing across the United States, Latin America and Canada. This remote position will shape paid, owned and earned strategies that drive growth for a portfolio of post‑harvest solutions, from digital monitoring to plant‑based coatings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (paid advertising, social media, trade shows) that move prospects through the full funnel.
• Measure campaign impact on sales, adjust tactics, and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads to support sales conversion.
• Implement and enhance regional Salesforce and Marketing Cloud processes to enable a robust sales‑lead funnel.
• Lead product and program launches in partnership with Commercial, Global Product Management and R&D teams.
• Manage external agencies and vendors for media planning, sales collateral and promotional assets.
• Oversee marketing automation, campaign attribution and performance tracking for the region.
• Coordinate regional trade and crop association memberships, activating AgroFresh presence at industry and AgTech events.
