Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Logistics Analyst to manage our hardware logistics processes, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness and data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira.
• Maintain inventory records and updates in SAP.
• Handle hardware requests, warranty tracking and renewals.
• Analyze inventory data through SAP and Jira to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create and manage retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or procurement.
• Background in managing hardware, physical assets or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced English communication skills.
