Senior Recruiting Specialist – ISA Platinion

About the role

Join the ISA (Iberia & South America) Platinion recruiting team at BCG and lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for tech consulting positions across Spanish‑speaking South America. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping sourcing strategies and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions in Santiago, Bogotá and other South‑American locations, from brand promotion and sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, coordinate interview logistics, and prepare briefing packs for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Managing Directors and the ISA Platinion System Leader to align hiring plans with business needs.
• Collaborate with EMESA Platinion and broader BCG recruiting teams to share best practices and enhance global recruitment strategy.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels including direct outreach, referrals, social media, job boards and recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for technology or consulting roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment while maintaining quality standards.
